Frances has spent a career where capital and human consequence meet - almost two decades in international banking and law, across three continents. She has a seasoned background in securities and investments, having worked with large institutions across global markets. She is a perceptive, thoughtful and innovative leader with an aim to shape opportunities that combine people, profit and purpose.
We acquire apartment communities in high-growth Sunbelt markets where strong demographic and economic fundamentals support sustained demand. We focus on properties with untapped potential — communities that are well-positioned for their next chapter of investment and growth.

Once we acquire a property, we take a long-term view — investing in capital improvements, modernizing operations, and strengthening the resident experience while preserving what has already been cultivated. Our approach integrates professional property management and hands-on oversight to ensure the property reaches its full potential.
